I don’t generally post links to the many interviews and podcasts I do, but this one tickles me.
It’s basically an audio interview. However, the interviewers have taken the trouble to supplement the audio by creating a compelling video dealing with the central role of structured water in life (see video above).
The video below is the main interview conducted by charming alien-like puppets. They’re intelligent and lovable. The topics deal not just with EZ water but also with the philosophy of science: why we’ve had so few scientific revolutions of late, and what we can do about it.

I usually think of water as just a solvent, so framing structured water as central to life feels like a different lens than standard biochemistry. The video supplement to the audio interview made that abstract idea easier to follow. Curious whether the visual examples changed how listeners understood it.

The part about structured water being central to life really landed for me. I recall how my own water intake affects my energy more than any other factor, and seeing that explained visually made me wonder why this isn't mainstream.

The video format makes the structured water story vivid, but I wonder if it glosses over how much remains debated. Since still images and narration can flatten nuance, did you find the audio version did a better job conveying the limits of the current evidence?

Structured water might be essential, but I wonder if calling it the central role oversimplifies things. Isn’t it just one of several components that only works within a living system? Curious how you’d address that.
